Here are some additional questions to ask your insurance provider:

    • How much of my deductible has been met this year?

    • Do I need a referral from an in-network provider to see someone out of network?

    • How do I submit claims for reimbursement?

    • How long does it take for me to receive reimbursement?

  • Yes! I have an office on the UES. All of my sessions are available either in-person or virtually.

  • You can use my “work with me” button or contact me page to schedule a free 15 minute consult with me. You can also email me at morgan@morgandeleotherapy.com to schedule a free consult.

  • Your first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll discuss what brought you to therapy, explore your goals, and begin to create a roadmap for our work together. It’s a safe, judgment-free space to share your story at your own pace.

  • Research suggests that the more consistently you meet with your therapist at the beginning of treatment, the better your outcome is. We request a commitment to weekly therapy for the first 8 weeks of treatment. Depending on your progress and needs, we may increase the frequency of sessions, or reduce it to biweekly or monthly.

  • I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, stress, and burnout, especially during times of life changes. If you're feeling overwhelmed or stuck, I offer support to manage those feelings and find balance. I also work with clients on building self-esteem and self-worth, helping you develop a stronger sense of confidence and self-acceptance. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back and work towards creating lasting, positive change in your life.

  • The therapeutic relationship is an important part of the healing process, and it’s essential that you feel comfortable and supported. That’s why I offer a free consultation call before we decide to work together. This gives us a chance to discuss your needs, my approach, and see if we’re a good match. If for any reason we’re not the right fit, I’ll gladly help connect you with other therapists or resources better suited to your journey. Your well-being is my priority, and I want to ensure you get the support that’s best for you.

  • We request 48 hours’ notice for non-emergent cancellations. Non-emergent cancellations within 48 hours are subject to the full session rate. The short-notice cancellation fee will be waived in the event of an emergency or illness, and everyone gets “one free pass.”
